• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting team of 8.
• Oversee all accounting operations in accordance with Canadian ASPE.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and company policies.
• Maintain and enforce a monthly close calendar.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and identify cost efficiencies.
• Lead the automation of accounting system integrations with the CRM.

Requirements

• CPA Designation is required.
• Proven expertise in subscription-based revenue models.
• Strong focus on driving automation and process improvement.
• Exceptional communication skills for conveying financial concepts.
• Advanced Excel proficiency, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
• Familiarity with systems such as NetSuite, Stripe, and Salesforce.
