As an HR Business Partner at BioPhorum, you will support key commercial business units and help shape the organization’s evolving people strategy.

Requirements

• Significant HR Business Partnering experience in high-growth environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience in organizational change and workforce planning.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices across the employee lifecycle.
• Expertise in at least one HR area like employee relations.
• Up-to-date UK employment law knowledge.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive and adaptable approach in fast-moving environments.
