The BioMarin Summer Internship Program will enable students to gain valuable experience and knowledge of the processes and systems within BioMarin, while gaining an insight into the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.

Requirements

• Pursuing a PhD in Biology/Life Sciences/Genetics/Bioinformatics.
• Prior experience in genotype or sequence data analysis.
• Proficiency in Python, R, and big data analytics preferred.
• Strong statistical skillset.
• Effective scientific communication skills.
• Must be able to relocate if necessary.
• Must be available to work full time.
• Must be currently enrolled as a full-time student.
• Interest in exploratory research into disease biology.
• Organized and self-starter attitude.
