In Short

  • Build and maintain close partnership with key medical experts and healthcare providers.
  • Partner cross functionally to generate comprehensive KOL maps.
  • Provide expert medical input to guide clinical development.
  • Develop and implement cross-functionally aligned medical strategies.
  • Generate medical insights to inform strategic and tactical plans.
  • Lead high impact medical activities, such as advisory boards.
  • Partner with clinical development and operations teams.
  • Lead the generation of evidence generation strategy.
  • Partner with scientific communications for impactful data dissemination.
  • Identify and advance collaborations with external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree required: MD, PhD or PharmD.
  • 8+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
  • Experience in developing and executing a comprehensive medical affairs plan.
  • Ability to lead and collaborate with global medical teams.
  • Ability to function independently on key projects.
  • Excellent communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of US and ex-US regulations.
  • Ability to travel 30-40%.
