• Join BioCatch as an Engagement Manager.
• Work with a portfolio of large customers to drive utilization of BioCatch solutions.
• Define strategic direction and collaborate with customers post-sales.
• Partner with Threat Analysts and Solutions Engineers for consultative solutions.
• Focus on top tier Financial Institutions in EMEA.
• Manage project coordination and provide strategic oversight.
• Lead project teams and communicate customer expectations.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with customers.
• Identify new sales opportunities with Strategic Account Managers.
• Present at conferences to enhance personal brand in cyber security.

Requirements

• 5 years of post-sales consulting experience in cyber security or technology.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM subject or quantitative discipline.
• Expert-level consultative skills and ability to collaborate.
• Advanced organizational and project management skills.
• Strong time management and ability to handle multiple requests.
• Ability to work well under pressure and demonstrate a positive attitude.
• Resourceful and able to operate with minimal oversight.
