Requirements

• 8+ years in user growth or digital marketing
• Experience in global markets including MENA, LATAM, SEA, and Africa
• Strong data mindset and familiarity with growth tools
• Preferred background in Internet, Web3, or fintech
• Excellent English communication skills; multilingual is a plus
• Adaptable, entrepreneurial, and hands-on approach
