Overview

The Trading Support Specialist will serve as the point of contact for Binance's highest value customers and institutions, providing dedicated support and guidance on various products.

• Serve as the point of contact supporting VIP customers and institutions.
• Provide prompt support via different communication channels.
• Guide VIP customers on integrating and using Binance’s system.
• Be the first line of support for account and system issues.
• Represent VIP customers to internal teams.
• Collect feedback and manage projects for product changes.
• Provide system updates to customers.

Requirements

• 3+ years in client/trading desk support role.
• Understanding of trading platforms and orders.
• Knowledge of API usage in trading.
• Outstanding problem solving under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to participate in on-call rotation.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Hands-on experience in API trading is a strong plus.
• Understanding of cryptocurrency basics is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of derivative trading products is a strong plus.
