In Short

• Support projects during major incidents such as hacking/security incidents.
• Identify root causes and assess the impact of incidents on Binance and its projects.
• Conduct reviews on the performance of listed tokens.
• Understand quantitative and qualitative metrics used in reviewing tokens.
• Identify risks associated with tokens and recommend measures.
• Evaluate requests from listed projects like rebranding and mainnet integration.
• Write concise reports on risks identified and incidents.
• Onboard new listings and gather key information.
• Liaise with parties to facilitate operational requests by listed tokens.
• Optimize processes and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• 5-9 years of proven success in research or consulting.
• Critical thinker with strong analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills including negotiation.
• Good knowledge of cryptocurrency.
• Self-starter able to evaluate risks and rewards.
