• Assist in the development of risk policies and procedures.
• Support effective risk governance across the firm.
• Consolidate regional incidents and perform trending analysis.
• Support product risk assessment and control validation.
• Establish and maintain key risk indicators matrices.
• Support Operational Risk team initiatives.
• Perform Risk Dashboard and Report for management oversight.
• Conduct ad-hoc projects as requested by the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related fields.
• 3-6 years of experience in financial services or operational risk.
• Experience in database management and compliance tools is an advantage.
• Strong execution and project management skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-disciplined and able to work under pressure.
