KYB Analyst - Binance Pay Team - Remote

In Short

• Manage personal workload and ensure timely escalation of key risks/issues to management
• Handle, review and verify all applications for client on-boarding within available SLAs
• Maintain a good relationship with Relationship Partner Teams and clients
• Proficiency in compliance applications such as World-Check, Jumio, etc.
• Ensure effective customer due diligence process
• Monitor and document unusual activity or AML flags
• Participate in internal and external training programs related to AML/CFT
• Coordinate with Compliance and internal teams for smooth review processes
• Review constitutional documents of corporate clients
• Prepare escalation forms for senior management

Requirements

• At least 3 years experience in a corporate onboarding role
• Fluent English for effective coordination with overseas partners
• Experience in reviewing AML Policies and identifying control gaps
• Good knowledge of Virtual Asset Service Providers business types
• Experience handling high risk and complex KYB cases
• ACAMS/CAMS/CCAS/ICA certifications preferred
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Adaptable in a fast-moving environment
• Good knowledge of upcoming virtual currency regulations
