In Short

• Manage personal workload and escalate key risks/issues to management.
• Handle, review, and verify applications for client onboarding within SLAs.
• Maintain relationships with Relationship Partner Teams and clients for KYC due diligence.
• Proficiency in compliance applications like World-Check & Jumio.
• Act as a checker for customer due diligence processes.
• Conduct risk assessments and enhanced due diligence.
• Monitor unusual activities or AML flags.
• Participate in AML/CFT training programs.
• Review constitutional documents of corporate clients.
• Perform World-Check screenings and translations of corporate documents.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in a corporate onboarding role.
• Knowledge of various client types and EEA jurisdictions.
• Experience in reviewing AML Policies and identifying control gaps.
• Good knowledge of Virtual Asset Service Providers.
• Experience with high-risk KYB cases and Financial Institutions.
• ACAMS/CAMS/CCAS/ICA certifications preferred.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Adaptable in a fast-moving environment.
• Knowledge of local laws and upcoming virtual currency regulations.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin required.
