In Short

• Handle and review assigned cases within available SLAs.
• Maintain escalation log and ensure all escalations are promptly reviewed.
• Support client off-boarding process where required.
• Escalate cases to the team lead and relevant MLROs as necessary.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to strengthen quality of SARs.
• Proficient in compliance applications such as Chainalysis and TRM.
• Good knowledge of local laws and regulations regarding virtual currencies.
• Participate in AML/CTF programs related to day-to-day work.
• Perform general administration and ancillary activities as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a Business, Legal, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in investigations or related audit/regulatory experience.
• Ability to navigate through ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and action-oriented mindset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good time management and analytical skills.
