In Short

• Handle and review assigned cases within available SLAs.
• Maintain escalation log and ensure timely review of escalations.
• Support client off-boarding process as required.
• Escalate suspicious cases to the team lead and relevant MLROs.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to strengthen quality of SARs.
• Proficient in compliance applications like Chainalysis and TRM.
• Good knowledge of local laws and regulations related to virtual currency.
• Participate in AML/CFT programs as part of daily work.
• Perform general administration related to the above functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in investigations or related audit/regulatory experience.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and action-oriented.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
