Finance Manager - LATAM - Remote

In Short

• Day-to-day finance management for several legal entities in LATAM.
• Ensure complete, accurate, and timely accounting in partnership with local vendors.
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies.
• Support Regional & Country leaders on financial decisions and accountability.
• Develop annual targets for revenues and local spending.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency and revenue growth.
• Support ad-hoc financial modeling and investment case requests.
• Contribute to building a collaborative team culture in a remote environment.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Finance or Accounting (Master/MBA, CMA or CPA preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in Finance roles.
• Thorough knowledge of accounting procedures and financial statements.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese; Spanish knowledge preferred.
• Experience with enterprise-level financial planning systems preferred.
• Outstanding modeling and analytical skills.
• Self-starter with initiative and goal orientation.
• Ability to work in an unstructured environment and manage multiple assignments.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Demonstrated interest in crypto & blockchain technology.
