Derivatives Operations Specialist - Remote

In Short

• Conduct cashflow settlements, reconciliation, and clearing with our trade counterparts.
• Oversee automated hedging process that manages cashflow risks, and perform manual interventions as needed.
• Manage margin and collateral in a timely and effective manner, while ensuring that proper controls are in place.
• Analyze, review, and report trade performance.
• Support new business initiatives, collaborating with various stakeholders.
• Draft business requirements to build out new products, or to enhance existing frameworks.
• Analyze performance data and metrics to refine growth strategies.
• Support ad-hoc needs for operations, settlement and fund management.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or higher, major in Business, Accounting, Finance or similar relevant area required.
• 1-5 years of experience in Web3 or finance industries required.
• Good communication skills, dedication to details, sharp in numbers.
• Familiarity with derivatives is strongly preferred.
• Previous experience with a similar role is a plus.
• Ability to work with Python and SQL is a plus.
