In Short

• Draft, review, and negotiate digital asset loan agreements.
• Draft, review and negotiate complex commercial contracts.
• Support day-to-day commercial contracting.
• Work closely with product, operations, admin and risk teams.
• Monitor developments in the digital asset space in MENA.
• Help uplift and train junior lawyers.

Requirements

• 3-6 years PQE with experience in loan/finance transactions.
• Strong understanding of commercial contracts.
• Familiarity with MENA legal frameworks, especially in UAE and Bahrain.
