Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for documenting the functional requirements, technical specifications and template documentation designs for customers’ business needs while providing expertise in product knowledge and feature/functionality as it relates to business requirements.

In Short

• Regularly communicate progress and alert Project Managers and stakeholders if a deliverable is not achievable.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope.
• Main point of contact for Application Support Team.
• Support and analyze feasibility of presales and sales opportunities.
• Recommend improvements to Standard Operating Procedures.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or related role.
• Expertise in written and oral communication.
• Strong ability to interact with technical and non-technical personnel.
• Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree with a technology or business emphasis.
