Salesforce Technical Consultant - Remote

Overview

As a Salesforce Technical Consultant at BILL, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our Salesforce platform, providing technical expertise, and ensuring that our systems meet the evolving needs of our business.

In Short

• Conduct research into BILL’s use of Salesforce to provide recommendations, solutions, and a roadmap for long-term improvements.
• Provide Sales Cloud technical expertise on implementations and production issues.
• Identify gaps between business needs and standard CRM application functionality.
• Support cross-systems and related integrations involving Salesforce and other integrated systems (ex. Mulesoft).
• Apply SFDC best practices and guidelines to enhance system productivity, scaling, and monitoring.
• Participate in all the Agile ceremonies for the successful completion of the sprint.

Requirements

• At least 6 years experience in a leading role in delivering projects on the Salesforce platform.
• Proficient in Salesforce Flow, Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Web Services, and Salesforce API (REST/SOAP/MetaData).
• In-depth technical knowledge of Salesforce.com platform capabilities, functionalities, and limitations.
• Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and a dedicated team player with outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record analyzing, designing, configuring, and supporting large scale Salesforce implementations and integrations.
• Previous experience working in a SCRUM environment or knowledge of general practices.
