Finance Director - Remote

Overview

The Finance Director will provide strategic financial leadership as Bikmo transitions to a profitable, pan-European MGA, focusing on long-term financial planning, investor relations, and supporting the executive team.

Requirements

• Senior finance leader experience in growth-stage businesses.
• Desirable experience in insurance or regulated financial services.
• Proven track record in board-level financial leadership.
• Strong skills in strategic financial modelling and scenario planning.
• Experience with fundraising and debt financing.
• Familiarity with multi-entity and multi-country operations.
• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Experience in regulated or insurance-related environments is desirable.
• Exposure to tax optimisation and transfer pricing is a plus.
• German language skills are desirable but not required.
