Due to our ongoing profitable growth and expansion, we are on an exciting technical transformation journey. For our teams in Germany and Austria, we are looking for a Product Owner who knows exactly what needs to be implemented. In this role, you will ensure targeted software and product development by precisely managing requirements, keeping an eye on results, and acting as an interface between stakeholders. You will navigate a versatile environment between business, technology, and design, having a direct impact on B2B and B2C processes – particularly in the area of digital insurance products. A special focus of your work will be the further development and optimization of our digital insurance services related to bicycles. You will work closely with internal and external partners from the insurance sector, develop innovative features, and ensure seamless integration into our existing platforms. Sounds exciting? In Short

• Quickly take over your own product development team after getting to know all stakeholders and understanding process flows
• Build the backlog for your area of responsibility, especially in the area of insurance products and processes
• Gather requirements in the form of user stories for a user-centered product view
• Prioritize independently and manage the implementation and continuous optimization of insurance processes
• Define meaningful KPIs, e.g., for claim rates or customer satisfaction in the insurance sector
• Work closely with process managers, the Head of Product & Process Management, and our insurance partners

Requirements

• At least two years of professional experience as a Product Owner in the digital context, ideally with touchpoints in the insurance industry
• Strong understanding of digital products and complex B2B processes
• Alongside B2B focus, a pronounced interest in B2C topics, especially in digital insurance services
• Ability to moderate well, mediate between people, and work solution-focused and goal-oriented
• Fluent communication in German and English
