BigTime is looking for a full-time People Operations Coordinator to support our Chicago office and partner with our People team. This role blends People Operations coordination with hands-on ownership of the office experience, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both employee-facing work and creating a well-run, welcoming workplace. In Short

• Assist the People team with HR administrative tasks
• Support recruitment coordination and interview logistics
• Assist with new hire onboarding
• Provide support for talent development initiatives
• Manage office supplies and inventory
• Coordinate meeting rooms and office events
• Serve as the primary on-site point of contact

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in an administrative or people-focused role
• Strong organizational skills and willingness to learn
