In Short

• We are looking for a Proposal Intern for our Global Proposal team.
• Responsible for the overall organization of the content library and file folder structure.
• Assist in the RFP closeout process and other miscellaneous proposal team tasks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally while adhering to and promoting process.
• Conduct content library cleanup and upkeep of the tool.
• Organize proposal team folder structure on shared Google Drive.
• Assist with project schedules and ensure timelines for completion.
• Analyze proposal dashboards for current proposal statistics and trends.
• Support productivity and scalability of the proposal team.
• Work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Requirements

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Collaborative mindset and comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization.
• Experience in Google Suite, creating outlines and templates.
• Go-getter mentality and willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with proposal management tools a plus.
