Overview

As a Client Retention Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the continued loyalty of our customers enrolled in financial hardship programs, assisting them in navigating their financial challenges and promoting program retention.

  • Proficient with CRM systems.
  • Strong customer focus and adaptability.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to learn about new financial solutions.
