In Short

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise healthcare customers.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding and deliver exceptional customer experience.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to executives and key stakeholders.
  • Drive engagement and adoption while identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Own all customer interactions and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Develop scalable support resources to reduce friction.
  • Extract actionable insights from customer feedback for product improvements.
  • Deliver enterprise reporting and lead data-driven QBRs.
  • Manage renewals and maximize ROI for enterprise accounts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in customer success or account management, ideally in B2B SaaS for enterprise healthcare.
  • Track record of leading onboarding and ensuring growth and retention.
  • Confident communicator engaging effectively with senior leadership.
  • Quick to learn complex software and provide expert guidance.
  • Experience managing renewals and driving account expansion.
  • Proactive and thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
