In Short

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and partnership activation with health plans.
• Create compelling collateral, including sales decks, one-pagers, FAQs, case studies, and digital content tailored to payer audiences.
• Own the messaging and positioning for our health plan-focused initiatives.
• Partner with Sales and Business Development to develop marketing materials.
• Leverage data and insights to refine marketing strategies.
• Manage multi-channel campaigns to educate and engage health plans.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations while developing marketing strategies.
• Lead strategic storytelling efforts that demonstrate the impact of our solutions.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of healthcare marketing experience.
• A strong understanding of payer ecosystems.
• Experience developing marketing collateral tailored for health plans.
• Proven ability to drive adoption through compelling value propositions.
• Experience conducting market and user research.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
