Full Stack Software Engineer, Clinical - Remote

In Short

• Join a diverse team at BetterHelp focused on expanding access to therapy.
• Develop end-to-end features and see them through to production.
• Write clean, secure, and scalable code.
• Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional colleagues.
• Integrate and build for external and internal APIs.
• Optimize SQL queries and design schemas.
• Work with a variety of technologies including PHP, MySQL, and React.

• Travel to the Mountain View, CA office up to three times a year.

Requirements

• Must be able to legally work in the US.
• Deep understanding of web development concepts and principles.
• 5+ years of experience in web development.
• 3+ years of experience in SQL.
• Experience using git in a team environment.
• Ability to design, develop, and launch a web application from start to finish.
• Get-things-done attitude with eagerness to build something great.
• Comfortable working outside the context of a framework.
• Examples of full-stack projects.
• Familiar with web & SQL security best practices.
