Substance Use Counselor - Remote

Overview

As a Substance Use Counselor at Better Life Partners, you will provide essential support and counseling to individuals struggling with addiction, utilizing both virtual and in-person methods to facilitate recovery.

• Provide group counseling and psychoeducation for individuals in recovery.

Requirements

• Active Vermont License as ADC, LADC, LICSW, or LCMHC.
• Bachelor’s degree in mental health or related field; graduate degree preferred.
• A minimum of 2-3+ years of experience in substance use counseling.
• Experience in VT’s Hub and Spoke system is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Comfortable with EMR/EHR systems.
• Ability to work evenings as needed.
