By combining virtual and in-person counseling, community support, and access to life-saving medication, we help people move beyond addiction to find belonging, love, and purpose.

In Short

• Interact regularly with clients, referral sources, field staff, and community members.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and provide one-on-one counseling.
• Maintain clinical progress notes and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with community partners on case management.
• Adhere to professional and ethical standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Graduate degree in mental health, social work, psychology, addictions or related field.
• NH License as LADC, MLADC, LMFT, LCMHC, LICSW.
• 2-3 years of experience in substance use or related field.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within NH.
