Overview

Bet Tzedek Legal Services is seeking dedicated attorneys to join our Eviction Defense Project, providing litigation-based direct services to residential tenants in Los Angeles County facing eviction.

In Short

• Litigate eviction cases under supervision.
• Perform case management duties.
• Provide counsel and advice on legal issues.
• Collaborate with pro bono volunteers.
• Assist with grant reporting and data interpretation.
• Conduct trainings and outreach events.
• Work in a hybrid/remote environment.
• Must be an active member of the California State Bar.
• Minimum four years of eviction defense litigation experience required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

• Willingness to travel within Los Angeles County.
