Product Owner for Payroll IT Systems - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a team member for the Payroll Applications team. The classification in TV-N Berlin will be based on professional experience.

Requirements

• Completed studies in (business) informatics, business administration, human resource management, or equivalent skills and knowledge based on several years of professional experience
• Solid knowledge in the field of payroll accounting, including collective bargaining, tax, and social security regulations
• Very good German language skills (at least C1 level)
• Experience with payroll systems, ideally PAISY, as well as in travel expense accounting
• Initial knowledge in IT administration
• Experience in leading teams or projects and willingness to independently develop processes and systems
