Regional Facilities Manager - Remote

Overview

The Regional Facilities Manager will promote the highest efficiency and customer service level of all service functions throughout the assigned portfolio in the assigned area. Oversees service responsibilities for multiple communities and works with various management roles to make recommendations, analyze plans, oversee property projects and budgets related to facilities management.

• Monitor work orders and ensure they are completed per company policy.
• Assist in developing CapEx and service budgets.
• Negotiate and manage service contracts.
• Conduct inspections and ensure safety compliance.
• Work with Regional Managers to identify revenue enhancing projects.
• Provide oversight of safety inspections and fire systems.
• Coordinate technical training for staff.
• Demonstrate effective communication and leadership skills.
• Maintain knowledge of building requirements and regulations.
• Ensure disaster plans are current.

Requirements

• Minimum ten years of facilities management experience.
• Demonstrated management skills and ability to build teams.
• Knowledge of construction and remodel aspects.
• Experience in budget and timeline management.
• Familiarity with building and zoning codes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with technology and Yardi systems.
• EPA certification required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
