In Short

Develop forecasts and set performance goals for the operations team to drive excellence.
Evaluate operations performance, identifying opportunities for enhancement.
Design and refine analytics data pipelines to support real-time and historical dashboards, facilitate reverse ETL analytics and enhance AI data pipeline metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven insights into decision-making processes, leveraging advanced pipelines and automation.
Drive AI initiatives by developing proof-of-concept applications and working with business stakeholders and engineering teams on product development.

Requirements

BS/MS degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Stats, Physics, or Computer Science); 5-6 years of experience in data science, with a focus on operations and business applications.
Excellent communication and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Proficient in SQL, Python, DBT, and Tableau
Proven ability to break down complex business issues into measurable components and effectively communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
