Overview

The Emotional Wellbeing Lead for Benifex oversees the areas of the OneHub Wellbeing product and content that pertain to mental and emotional wellbeing, providing direction and ensuring support for end users’ emotional wellbeing through leading content and enhanced product features.

In Short

• Act as subject matter expert (SME) for mental health and emotional wellbeing.
• Develop and assess Wellbeing pathways based on emotional wellbeing.
• Guide content development and new product features.
• Coordinate the production of emotional wellbeing content.
• Analyze user engagement data for continuous improvement.
• Support implementation of wellbeing products for customers.
• Develop and present webinars to enhance product awareness.
• Monitor employee engagement with wellbeing content.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Represent Benifex in meetings with customers and team members.

Requirements

• Recognized qualification in mental health or emotional wellbeing.
• Experience in delivering engaging content across various formats.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic IT proficiency skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to engage with prospective customers effectively.
