Overview

As a Clinical Recruiter, you will play an essential role in growing our care team and amplifying our impact nationwide.

In Short

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for licensed behavioral health professionals.
• Collaborate closely with leadership to define team needs and organizational goals.
• Recruit clinical talent and coordinate hires in multiple states.
• Source and hire clinicians who will collaborate with engineers and product teams.
• Engage both active and passive candidates via creative strategies.
• Screen candidates for clinical qualifications and cultural fit.
• Oversee communication, scheduling, and feedback for all candidates.
• Maintain and improve recruiting workflows within our applicant tracking system.
• Partner with operations to streamline onboarding and credentialing.
• Analyze and report on hiring metrics to refine recruiting effectiveness.

Requirements

• 3–5 years’ full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least two years in healthcare.
• Demonstrated record of recruiting behavioral health professionals.
• Deep understanding of licensure requirements for behavioral health roles.
• Adept at building relationships and working cross-functionally.
• Strong interest in mental health and alignment with our mission.
• Prior work in a startup or growth-stage company is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR or healthcare administration.
