Overview

The Senior Business Analyst will serve as a liaison between Product Management and technical teams, facilitating requirement gathering and analysis to enhance business processes.

Serve as liaison between Product Management and tech teams.
Facilitate business requirement gathering through interviews and workshops.
Analyze business requirements and perform gap analyses.
Translate requirements into user stories for stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for process automation.
Assist in business process redesign and documentation.
Conduct client interviews and build prototypes.
Prepare various documentation related to business and functional requirements.
Participate in wireframe and software design sessions.
Assist in quality assurance test plan reviews.

Requirements

5 years of business analyst experience within IT.
Functional expertise in transaction and web-based applications.
Proficient in requirement elicitation and documentation.
Deep knowledge of UI/UX design.
Experience with conceptual modeling deliverables.
Statistical and data analysis experience desired.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience with BDD and Scenario Testing.
Advanced English proficiency.
