Overview

The Ingestion Project Manager will play a key role in the Audio Content Operations team, ensuring the smooth functioning of audio content operations while contributing to service quality.

• Manage Level 2 operational support and escalate issues from Level 1 support.
• Qualify and prioritize product bugs using tools like Jira.
• Oversee catalogue flow processes including upsell and ingestion.
• Ensure accuracy of metadata and smooth operations.
• Lead new projects and coordinate internal stakeholders.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and participate in automation.
• Act as the main contact for Product Owners/Managers for the Supply Chain.
• Engage in product development projects including testing and user feedback.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in an operational and digital environment.
• Understanding of digital supply chain management.
• Proficiency in structured metadata formats (XML, DDEX).
• Familiarity with support tools like Jira Service Desk.
• Interest in process optimization and automation using tools like SQL and Python.
• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
