Group Accounting Business Process Owner - Remote

Overview

The Group Accounting Business Process Owner is responsible for overseeing accounting processes and ensuring compliance with the core model while supporting various projects within the organization.

In Short

• Contribute to the M&R accounting roadmap in collaboration with project teams.
• Ensure compliance with the core model and train key users on accounting applications.
• Communicate and formalize principles for handling tickets on Jira.
• Organize workshops for business validation and implementation.
• Identify business risks and optimizations.
• Define processes and standards for accounting practices.
• Update master data owned by the M&R accounting team.
• Define management rules for master data consistency.
• Formalize requirements for system evolutions and document functional issues.
• Support change management related to new tools and processes.

Requirements

• Higher education in accounting or finance with 5-8 years of experience, preferably in a multi-company environment.
• Experience in digital distribution and knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, SAGE X3, ORACLE) is ideal.
• Professional level of English for communication.
• Autonomous with excellent communication skills.
• Proactive in suggesting necessary improvements.
• Strong interest in data processing and analysis.
