Summer Internship: Systems Analyst Intern - Remote

Overview

The Systems Analyst Intern will support the Global TMF Management & Records team in the execution of TMF system and process activities, gaining hands-on exposure to electronic Trial Master File (eTMF) systems within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.

• Support the execution of TMF department activities related to the eTMF system.
• Assist with monitoring document flow within the eTMF system.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
• Help analyze TMF metrics and prepare summary reports.
• Participate in department meetings to build understanding of TMF systems.
• Gain foundational knowledge of TMF regulatory requirements.
• Develop skills in data analysis and documentation.
• Build professional communication skills through collaboration.
• Strong computer skills required, including MS Excel and Word.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in relevant life sciences or Computer sciences.
• Interest in clinical research and TMF.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
