Overview

The Associate Director, Statistical Programming Project Lead will be responsible for leading the global development of programming deliverables in the oncology field, collaborating with various teams to ensure successful project execution.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a quantitative or scientific field preferred.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in statistical programming.
• Experience with CDISC standards and regulatory deliverables.
• Knowledge of clinical data structures and study designs.
• Familiarity with workflow automation and reproducibility.
• Ability to manage multiple studies or programs simultaneously.
• Cross-functional collaboration experience.
• Strong communication skills.
