Overview

The BD Excellence Fundamentals Senior Manager will be responsible for supporting the deployment of the BDE Fundamental tools through leading training events and facilitating Kaizens across BD’s Business Units, Regions, and Corporate Functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in a continuous improvement culture.
• 2+ years leading Kaizen and training events.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office tools.
• Strong organizational and project planning skills.
• Experience in metric-focused roles.
• Proven experience coaching others.
