The Associate Director, Medical Affairs will lead the Medical Affairs strategy and execution for the Microbiology Platform at BD, a leading global medical technology company.

  • Contribute to clinical research planning and translate data into actionable insights.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree (e.g., MSc, MD, or PhD).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a healthcare field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the life sciences industry.
  • Strong expertise in medical microbiology and infectious diseases.
  • Leadership and team management experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sharp business acumen and critical thinking.
  • Ability to identify unmet clinical needs.
  • Solid understanding of regulatory and clinical aspects of the life sciences diagnostic industry.
  • Capable of integrating scientific insights into business strategy.
