Overview

The Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) Manager at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for leading the development and execution of marketing campaigns to position the company as a leader in healthcare, focusing on customer engagement and strategic marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field with 9+ years of experience or Master’s degree with 7+ years.
  • Experience in a scientific or highly-regulated industry.
  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional projects.
  • Intermediate understanding of digital marketing and analytics.
  • Strong communication skills for a global audience.
  • Ability to solve complex problems and identify innovative solutions.
  • Experience with continuous improvement and operational excellence is a plus.
