• Lead the development and execution of communications and marketing strategy.

• Maintain relationships with key media and external stakeholders.
• Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

• 4+ years in communications and marketing.
• Experience with talent marketing.
• Interest in defense, technology, or startup sectors.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in building high-impact communications teams.
• Proactive ownership mindset.
• Grit and creativity in problem-solving.
