In Short

• Own the growth and optimization of paid new customer acquisition strategies.
• Use channel expertise to drive strategy across all paid channels.
• Monitor performance within paid platforms for improvement opportunities.
• Stay on top of industry trends and launch new channels and campaigns.
• Create and communicate channel marketing plans with clear KPIs.
• Manage monthly paid ad budget based on business trends.
• Partner with teams to create and implement robust testing plans.
• Build cross-department relationships regarding campaign performance.
• Collaborate with platform partners on joint business plans.
• Report to the Senior Marketing Manager for coaching and training.

Requirements

• At least 4-6 years’ experience in digital acquisition or performance marketing.
• High proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and Google Ads.
• Proven analytical ability to derive actionable insights from data.
• Strong understanding of A/B testing fundamentals.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Highly creative with experience in devising engaging digital campaigns.
• Strong partnership and influencing skills.
• Results-oriented and proactive individual.
• Self-motivated and strategic thinker.
