In Short

• Creation and optimization of paid channel strategies for multiple brands.
• Lead testing of channels like CTV, streaming audio, and direct mail.
• Use data to drive investment decisions and optimize campaigns.
• Collaborate with Brand, eCommerce, Retention, Creative, and Finance teams.
• Manage monthly paid ad budget and make reallocation decisions.
• Build cross-department relationships through consistent communication.
• Monitor performance within paid platforms and look for improvement opportunities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and make recommendations.
• Oversee tracking, attribution, and reporting of channel performance.
• Develop new ways of working with cross-department teams.

Requirements

• 4-6 years’ experience in digital acquisition or growth marketing.
• High proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Business Manager.
• Proven analytical ability to derive actionable insights from data.
• Strong understanding of A/B testing fundamentals.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Highly creative with experience in devising engaging digital campaigns.
• Strong partnership and influencing skills.
• Results-oriented and proactive individual.
• Self-motivated strategic thinker.
• Preferred experience in affiliate or CTV marketing.
