(Senior) Product Designer - Remote

Overview

BeatStars is seeking a (Senior) Product Designer to lead product design efforts and create amazing experiences for creators.

In Short

• Lead product design across the company.
• Own every product design aspect from problem-solving to UI shipping.
• Create and test prototypes to validate solutions.
• Participate in user interviews and share insights.
• Map out user journeys for new products.
• Design high-fidelity UI and UX specs.
• Lead design review meetings for feedback and alignment.
• Collaborate with engineers on component libraries.
• Contribute design thinking to various platform areas.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in app design for Web, iOS, and Android.
• Expert knowledge of user-centered design principles.
• Ability to present work and receive feedback.
• Detail-oriented and delivery-focused.
• Graphic/Marketing design experience preferred.
• Organized and self-motivated in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with product design and animation tools.
• Familiarity with agile development processes.
• CSS/HTML & JavaScript experience is a plus.
