Project Manager - Remote

Overview

BDR is seeking a Project Manager to join our growing team! This position will be performed as a hybrid role with three (3) days on-site in Washington, D.C. This position requires US Citizenship with an Active Top Secret Clearance and SCI Eligibility.

• Lead a talented team on daily IT operations and project progress.
• Manage the Division's Information Technology (IT) and IT Security Program.
• Provide a wide range of IT business solutions to customers.
• Oversee activities on the IT Operations team.
• Conduct root cause and mitigation analysis post-incident.
• Focus on precision and detail in execution.
• Assist in the professional development of team members.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Participate in lower level support as needed.
• Ability to shift focus and priorities on a daily basis.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in an IT or a related field.
• A current PMP certification.
• A current CSM (Certified Scrum Master) certification.
• 10+ years of professional Project Management experience.
• Experience managing a team of IT professionals on multiple projects.
