Overview

BBVA is looking for a Salesforce Developer to enhance its commercial strategies through Salesforce Marketing Cloud, working closely with the CRM team.

In Short

• Develop and customize functionalities in Salesforce Marketing Cloud for end-to-end campaigns.
• Collaborate with the JOURNEY Manager to implement and optimize campaigns.
• Develop journeys, automations, and programming logic in Salesforce.
• Execute A/B Testing and analyze results for campaign iteration.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and measurable technical solutions.
• Coordinate with creative providers for impactful omnichannel experiences.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, ideally in Marketing Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of automation tools and programming in Salesforce.
• Analytical and commercial mindset focused on results and continuous optimization.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in interdisciplinary teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, ideally in Marketing Cloud.
• Strong skills in automation tools, programming (AMPscript, SQL, JavaScript).
• Analytical thinking with a results-oriented vision.
• Experience in multichannel campaigns or financial products.
• Good communication skills and teamwork abilities.
• Experience managing creative providers is a plus.
