Requirements

• 6+ years in finance, FP&A, or strategic finance roles.
• Experience in high-growth SaaS or investor-backed startups.
• Strong capabilities in FP&A, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Proven ability to build scalable processes.
• Strong partnership mindset across various teams.
• Ability to evaluate pricing and compensation structures.
• Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels.
• Strong communication skills for presenting financial insights.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with headcount and compensation planning.
