Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Care Specialist to join our virtual support team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service through various communication channels, including email, chat, and phone.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
